• Providing an economic feasibility study and environmental impact assessment.
• Obtaining approvals from relevant entities, such as:
  ▪ Environment Authority
  ▪ Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources
  ▪ Security authorities and Coast Guard
• Compliance with international maritime and engineering safety standards.
• Ensuring no harm to the marine environment or navigation routes.

The license is granted once all legal and technical requirements are met, in accordance with the Omani Maritime Law and related national policies.
