DTP Champion Network

A Change Champion Network refers to a structured group of DTCM Team Members from various Government entities who are dedicated to driving and supporting change initiatives within their own and other entities. The ""change champions"" serve as advocates and leaders in promoting the adoption of the new DTCM Strategy. They will act as liaisons between MTCIT and other government entities, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns or feedback. By leveraging their influence and expertise, change champions foster a positive attitude toward change and encourage engagement and participation from their colleagues. We are excited to announce that we are seeking nominations for our Change Champions initiative!

Overview - Change Management Strategy for DTP

To accelerate Digital Transformation, the commencement of Digital Transformation Change Management Strategy Development Project, aims to equip government entities with resources and tools to lead transformative change effectively.

The goal of DTCM Strategy Development Project is to ensure the Government Digital Transformation Program's success by employing a Robust Change Enablement Approach.


Importance of Change Management for DTP:

Our Change Management Strategy will provide the structure & tools needed to prepare, support and equip the change practitioners within DTP to successfully manage change initiatives.
