Objective: Establish a road link connecting Wilayat Shinas with the Al Batinah Expressway.
Importance: Facilitate smoother traffic flow to and from Wilayat Shinas, while reducing pressure on internal roads.
Scope: Construction of a dual carriageway link built to modern standards, possibly including bridges or intersections to ensure smooth traffic movement.
