The Ministry emphasizes the need for all owners of land transport activities to adhere to the provisions of this circular and looks forward to collective efforts to achieve the Omanization of this profession. The Ministry’s land transport inspectors will monitor violations and take necessary actions against offenders. The Ministry also calls on all beneficiaries of direct or indirect services of these refrigerated trucks to cooperate and report any violations.

To ensure comprehensive coordination among relevant authorities, the Ministry has made sure to coordinate thoroughly regarding the Omanization of this profession, as stipulated in its powers under the Land Transport Law issued by Royal Decree (10/2016), its executive regulations, and Ministerial Decision No. (235/2022) issued by the Ministry of Labor.
