The preferred digital channels to access the ministry's digital services

This consultation aims to enhance community participation in improving the digital services provided by the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology. We seek to understand users' preferences in using different channels such as the website, mobile application, Sand offices, or any other channels they prefer, to ensure a smooth and convenient experience that meets everyone's needs.
The purpose of the consultation:
- Evaluating user satisfaction with the current service delivery channels.
- Identifying the most used and effective channels from the community's perspective.
- Collecting proposals to develop and improve digital services in line with users' needs and expectations.
- Making the decision to implement user preferences in improving and developing service channels based on the results derived from the consultation.
Consultation results:
Based on the digital community engagement that was conducted, the ministry was able to identify the group most inclined to use the platform thru the mobile application, which the ministry will work on. The application is expected to be launched in the third quarter of this year.
