  • Compliance with national laws such as Royal Decree 118/2011 and cybersecurity/data protection regulations

  • Preference for enterprise versions of applications

  • Establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with providers

  • Ensuring encrypted communication and safeguarding meeting data

  • Implementing account and permission management controls

  • Review and approval of applications by IT teams

  • Conducting user training and awareness programs
