The Oman Logistics Center at the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology is the regulatory authority for establishing and operating integrated logistics stations for inspection and clearance. Final approval from the Center must be obtained before establishing any logistics station for inspection and clearance, as it is the competent authority in this regard.

The management of integrated logistics stations for inspection and clearance applies to all goods entering or leaving the area. The same controls and procedures stipulated in the applicable laws, executive regulations, and ministerial decisions shall apply, particularly with regard to:

• Inspection, control, and customs clearance procedures.
• Transparency and clarity of prices indicated in attached invoices.
• Simplification of customs release procedures without compromising efficiency.
• Comprehensive and accurate testing of controlled samples at a single site.
